Bumbu Rawon - Sup ala Rawon

From Ibu De Yati

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg Meat/Chicken
  • 2 red small chillies
  • 1 stp ketumbar/coriander
  • 1/2 stp jinten
  • 1/2 inch laos
  • 1/2 inch kencur
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1/2 inch asem/tammarind
  • 3 keluwok (only the inside)
  • 2 garlics
  • 3 shallots
  • lemon grass
  • serai


Methods:

  • Blend all the ingredients, except the meat.
  • Fried in the mixed smoothy ingredients in little oil.
  • Put the ingredients in the boiled meat.
  • Put lemon grass and serai.
  • Put some more water (~ 1 1/2 liter).
  • When in the meat cooked, put fried shallots on the top of the sup.
