Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg Meat/Chicken
- 2 red small chillies
- 1 stp ketumbar/coriander
- 1/2 stp jinten
- 1/2 inch laos
- 1/2 inch kencur
- 1 inch ginger
- 1/2 inch asem/tammarind
- 3 keluwok (only the inside)
- 2 garlics
- 3 shallots
- lemon grass
- serai
Methods:
- Blend all the ingredients, except the meat.
- Fried in the mixed smoothy ingredients in little oil.
- Put the ingredients in the boiled meat.
- Put lemon grass and serai.
- Put some more water (~ 1 1/2 liter).
- When in the meat cooked, put fried shallots on the top of the sup.
