Cheery-Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups reduced fat (2%) milk
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup date
  • 1 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup dried cherries
  • 3/4 chopped almonds, toasted
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Directions
  • Preheat oven to 375 degree Farenheit
  • Lightly greased an 8x8 inch baking dish with olive oil
  • In latge bowl, combine milk, water, and sugar.
    In a second large bowl, combine oats, cherries, almonds, and cinnamon.
  • Pour liquid ingredientsinto oat mixture and stir.
  • Pour into baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed.


Serve 10

Note: It can be made with soy, rice, or almonds.
