- 1 lb. ground beef or 2 eggs
- 2 packages (16 ounces) cut broccoli or green beans
- 1 lb. sliced mushroom
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 16 ounces cheese shreded
Directions
- Cook ground beef in skillet until cooked.
- Cooked broccoli or green beans: drain well.
- Put mushrooms and onion in skillet, cooked in 10 minutes.
- Add cooked broccoli or green beans and pepper; mix lightly.
- Spoon into 2 quarts serving dish; mix with some cheese.
- Spread the cheese on the top.
- Bake 350 degree Farenheit until the cheese is melted.
Note: You can use eggs instead of ground beef.
