Apple Pie

Ingredients
  • 2 pie crust package premade (for bottom and top)
  • 8 aples cortland
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon flour


Directions
  • Heat oven 425 degree Farenheit.
  • peel and slice apple.
  • pour sugar and cinnamon over apple.
  • Add flour to make the filling thicker.
  • Mix together, and let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Press one of the pie crust into the pie plate.
  • Sprinkle with a little bit of flour.
  • Pour the apple mixture into the crust sprinkle a little more flour over the apple.
  • Cover the apple with the top piece of pie crust.
  • Fold the apple of the bottom crust up over the top crust and pinch together to seal.
  • Poke six V shaped slits into the crust to steam can came out.
  • Bake the pie 40 minutes until golden brown.
    Let it cool before eating.
