- 1/4 cup spicy (eg: mustard, red chillies powder, tumeric, pepper, salt, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 1/4 lb. Salmon fillets.
- 1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel.
- Hot cooked Rice or couscous.
Directions:
- Preheat broiler. Coat broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray, set aside.
- Stir together spicy, honey, and lemon peel.
- Place salmon fillets skin side up on broiler pan. Spread with spicy mixture.
- Broil 4 inches from heat for 10 minutes, turning once, or until fish flakes with fork.
- Serve with rice or couscous.

Cook time: 10 minutes
