Spicy Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup spicy (eg: mustard, red chillies powder, tumeric, pepper, salt, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 1/4 lb. Salmon fillets.
  • 1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel.
  • Hot cooked Rice or couscous.


Directions:

  • Preheat broiler. Coat broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray, set aside.
  • Stir together spicy, honey, and lemon peel.
  • Place salmon fillets skin side up on broiler pan. Spread with spicy mixture.
  • Broil 4 inches from heat for 10 minutes, turning once, or until fish flakes with fork.
  • Serve with rice or couscous.

Cook time: 10 minutes
