- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 3 tablespoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 lb. chicken /shrimp
- 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 2 (15 oz.) beans, rinsed and drained
Directions
- Heat oil over medium heat. Add onion, and cook until tender. Stir in chili powder, oregano, and cumin.
- Increase heat to medium high. Add chicken/shrimp. Cook and stir until cook or no longer pink.
- Add undrained tomatoes, breaking up tomatoes with a spoon.
- Add bean. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
