Homemade Butter


  • Heavy cream (fill the jar about half away).
  • Put some heavy cream into the jar.
  • Screw the lit on tight and begin to shake it.
  • Keep shaking the cream back and forth until thickens. It's ready when solids separate from the liqiud.
    The yellow solid are delicious butter.
    The liquid is buttermilk.
