- Heavy cream (fill the jar about half away).
- Put some heavy cream into the jar.
- Screw the lit on tight and begin to shake it.
- Keep shaking the cream back and forth until thickens. It's ready when solids separate from the liqiud.
The yellow solid are delicious butter.
The liquid is buttermilk.
